Frequently asked questions

Is InfoGrunt.pl data current?

We show dates and sources; freshness depends on each register’s publication schedule.

Where do land prices come from?

From the Real Estate Price Register (RCN): transaction prices from notarial deeds, not listing prices.

Does the report replace professional advice?

No. It is a preliminary information review; legal and technical matters must be confirmed with the appropriate professional.

Do I need an account?

No. The map and report work without an account. An account is needed for saved features and alerts.

Editorial responsibility and corrections

InfoGrunt.pl is published by KrolTech Łukasz Król. The operator is responsible for publication. A publisher’s name does not mean that a lawyer, surveyor or designer reviewed every article.

Guides separate official facts, practical checklists and matters that require an authority or professional assessment. AI tools may assist drafting and translation. They are not an expert review. An expert reviewer is named only when such a review has actually taken place and its scope can be stated.

Links identify the source of material claims. Publication and update dates are separate; the date of a documented example remains attached to that example. Updates describe what changed. A page edit does not mean that every parcel, local document or future legal change has been verified.

To report an error, send the page address, the disputed passage and an official source or document date. Avoid personal data that are not needed to explain the issue. Material corrections receive a dated note on the affected guide; an unresolved point is described as unresolved.

How the parcel report is made

  1. We identify the parcel using the selected point or a full parcel identifier and obtain its geometry from the named public source. A map outline is not a legally established boundary.
  2. Each subject queries its relevant source. We keep source dates separate from the report generation date. Missing, partial and unavailable results remain visible.
  3. We calculate spatial intersections, distances and market statistics only from available observations. A nearby road does not prove a right of access; a utility line does not guarantee a connection.
  4. The report is assembled automatically. It has not been individually approved by a lawyer, surveyor or appraiser. Confirm matters material to your decision in current documents.

Corrections log

5.09.2026 — Official listings and comparable prices

We corrected the extraction of the sale object, price, area and net/gross qualifications in official listing previews. Uncertain and erroneous previews were withdrawn. Source documents remain authoritative; automated validation is not human review.

Municipality price comparisons now use full ownership, free-market transactions and a common time window. We separated numbered rankings, indicative bands and insufficient samples. This is a statistical comparison, not a valuation of an individual parcel.
