Settings → Connectors → “Add custom connector”. Enter the name InfoGrunt and the URL https://infogrunt.pl/mcp.php, then confirm. Claude detects that no sign-in is required. Connector availability depends on your Claude plan.
InfoGrunt in Claude and ChatGPT
This public MCP connector lets an AI assistant look up a specific land parcel in Poland or the land market of a municipality. The assistant uses the same sources as the InfoGrunt.pl report, and every answer carries the source status, its date and a link to the full report.

How to add the connector
In Developer Mode, add an app with the same server URL and no authentication.
Any client that supports remote MCP servers over Streamable HTTP: use https://infogrunt.pl/mcp.php without authorization headers.
Tools
Every tool is annotated readOnlyHint: true and destructiveHint: false. Parcel tools are openWorldHint: true because they query public services (e.g. the ULDK service of GUGiK, the Polish surveying office) at request time; market tools only read statistics already published by InfoGrunt.

Example prompts
- Check parcel 101710_2.0007.1504/6 — is it covered by a local zoning plan and is it in a flood hazard area? Cite the sources.
- Show land prices in the municipality of Kraków (TERYT 126101) and how many transactions the result is based on.
- Find the parcel at ul. Piotrkowska 100 in Łódź and tell me which report sources are available for it.
What the connector does not do
- It does not interpret the data or give risk scores or valuations — it returns facts, the source status and their provenance.
- Missing data or an “unavailable”/“partial” status does not mean the phenomenon is absent; it means the source could not confirm it at that moment.
- It does not expose owners, land-register entries, PESEL numbers or any other personal data.
- It does not replace a public office, surveyor, lawyer or notary. Decisions require documents from the competent institutions.
Privacy and security
The server receives only the tool parameters: a search text, a parcel identifier, coordinates, a TERYT code or a region name. It does not receive the conversation or your Claude or ChatGPT account data.
The connector creates no accounts, sets no cookies and keeps no query history. The technical MCP protocol session expires after one hour; requests are not counted in visitor statistics.
The server only accepts requests for the infogrunt.pl host and applies a shared rate limit (without storing IP addresses) that protects the public sources from overload.
